Providing good service in all areas of the hotel is an important requirement that the management and employees maintain. Room cleanliness, quality of beach and pool services, restaurant, kitchen, and all everywhere. There is no doubt that the diversity of the nationalities and cultures of the guests is to be expected, and all cultures must be dealt with. Awareness of the consequences of our verbal and kinetic dealings, which can be received negatively by the other party and even represent a threat or harassment, even though in other cultures it is considered welcome or joy. Therefore, the Cultural Awareness course for hotel staff was designed to introduce the diversity of cultures and how to deal verbally and physically in front of guests so that the right meaning is reached, which is good service for everyone in different cultures.
